Roads

The Net of Corridors Ecoturísticos in the Provinces of Arica and Parinacota in the most north region of Chile, there where this country borders on Peru and Bolivia, is a net of ways troperos that communicate the great plain altoandina with the Pacific Ocean. It is a question of the former Ways of the Inca, used later as Routes of the Silver in colonial times. Big caravans of thousands of mules and llames were lowering the shipments of precious metals to embark in Arica's port with course Spain, route the isthmus of Panama. There lives the experience of crossing a pre-Hispanic and colonial route, of mending the Mountain chain of the Andes crossing the Atacama Desert and Aymaras sharing close to indigenous communities.
